PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control coordination between a portable terminal and an on-vehicle device with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 10 is mounted on a vehicle having a keyless entry section for receiving a signal to indicate keyless entry from a portable terminal and performing keyless entry processing in response to the received signal. The on-vehicle device 10 includes: a communication section 14 for receiving control information including operation information to indicate operation contents to control the on-vehicle device 10 and information to identify the portable terminal from the portable terminal; a terminal discrimination section 11 for discriminating whether the portable terminal that has transmitted the control information is the portable terminal used for the keyless entry; an operation reception discrimination section 11 for acquiring the driving state of the vehicle in accordance with the discrimination result of the terminal discrimination section 11 and discriminating whether an operation to be identified by the operation information included in the control information received by the communication section 14 is to be received in a case during driving; and a processing section 11 for performing processing following the discrimination of the operation reception discrimination section 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
