发明名称 Yeast food supplement and process for preparing thereof
摘要 The yeast food supplement of the present invention consists of a yeast hydrolysate, which is added with at least 1.5 percent by weight of whey hydrolysate and with at least 10 percent by weight of a collagenous hydrolysate. The process for preparing thereof consists in that, there is carried out fermentation of whey, during which yeast in the form of an aqueous suspension is proportioned gradually therein at a temperature in the range of 20 to 40 degC, wherein the pH value of the reaction mixture is maintained at the value of 3 to 4 and the process is terminated when the content of lactic acid of at least 1.5 percent by weight is achieved. Subsequently, more yeast is added in the form of aqueous suspension, at least 10 percent by weight of a collagenous hydrolysate are also added and hydrolysis of the obtained yeast biomass is carried out at a temperature in the range of 130 to 150 degC and at a pressure in the range of 340 to 370 kPa. After the hydrolysis is competed, decanting is carried out in order to remove the settled non-hydrolyzed fraction and the upper layer containing 5 to 10 percent by weight of a dry matter is thickened and dried.
