PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail that improves workability by dispensing with attachment and fixation to a lintel by welding, in a building heavy shutter device.SOLUTION: The longitudinal width of a guide rail 8 is set greater than those of inner and outer lintels 20 and 19, and regions corresponding to the inner and outer lintels 20 and 19 are notched to form second and first notched parts 8n and 8m. When an upper end of the guide rail 8 is fitted into a lintel space M, the inner and outer lintels 20 and 19 are fitted into the second and first notched parts 8n and 8m.
