PURPOSE:To enhance the using efficiency of a tension applying device by temporarily fixing an acoustic diaphragm under the condition, in which a tension is applied to the frame, and by cutting the diaphragm, after a plurality of rings are adhered thereto, thereby to produce an acoustic diaphragm unit.
