PURPOSE: To make a bus exchange module suitable to a real time signal processing or the like by operating transfer between different inside program and data bus under a special situation. CONSTITUTION: The objective item is included in a device for a real time digital signal processing using a single chip microcomputer 10 having different on-chip program ROM 14 and data RAM 15 having different address and data paths for a program and data. An outside program address bus enables off-chip program fetch in an extended mode, and an opened is returned by an outside data bus. Then, a bus exchange module enables transfer between different inside program and data bus under a special situation. Thus, this item can be made suitable to a real time signal processing or the like.
