Information using fee receipt vicarious execution service subscriber database regional routing table structure is provided. Information using fee receipt vicarious execution service processing regional routing table(23) includes: a subscriber number field(43) of a character 4-byte; a regional code field(44) of a character 4-byte; an incoming number index field(45) of a character 8-byte; and a call distribution ratio field(46). The incoming number index field(45) is indicated as much as the number of index whose number can be translated, the remaining number of index is indicated as "0". The call distribution ration field(46) has the same number as a number having an effective data value in the incoming number field(45).
