PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control method and a memory controller, which can reduce the burden of a processing by means of software, speed up a processing on data transfer and can write data into a flash ROM and the like even at the time of power cut from outside at the time of writing data into the flash ROM and the like. SOLUTION: At the time of writing data into a flash ROM 23, a bus control part 21, a buffer memory 24 and a DMAC(direct memory access controller) 22 are installed, a processing on memory transfer is made into hardware and utilization of software is reduced as much as possible. Thus, memory transfer is speeded up. A secondary battery 27 is installed in a file disk 200 and power is instantaneously switched to the secondary battery 27 when power is cut. |
