Hydraulically driven, continuously variable bevel slide belt drive with integrated torque sensor

The spherical roll barrels and the driving surfaces(38,40) are arranged in the pressing chamber. The relative positioning of the driving surfaces for both components is determined by the spheres. A pair of axially adjustable bevel slides(2,4) are rotatably fixed to a hollow shaft(5). The torque sensor contains roll barrels which transfer torque to the bevel slides causing relative movement of the roll barrels along the driving surfaces.
