The present invention relates to a method of making a glass concrete composition that is substantially free of air bubbles and is resistant to Alkali-Silica Reaction and resembles a natural stone by incorporating glass, preferably waste glass. The glass concrete composition in accordance with the present invention comprises a glass aggregate, a cement, a lithium mixture and a superplasticizer, wherein the cement and the lithium mixture are present in amounts sufficient to produce a wet and flowable glass concrete mixture that can be easily consolidated and inhibit the Alkali-Silica Reaction between glass and cement in hardened glass concrete.
