PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring case for the spring hinge of a temple composed of material which does not corrode so as to realize smooth opening/closing operation over a long term as a spring case for the spring hinge of a temple by which the temples attached to both sides of a front part so as to be folded can be pressed to be opened slightly in an outward direction further under the action of spring force possessed by the spring hinge from a state where they are opened in the case of putting the spectacles on. SOLUTION: The material of the spring case 6 is ceramic or engineer plastic, and a screw washer 14 made of metal is attached to a hinge piece 11b formed on the spring case 6, engaged with a hinge piece on an armor side, and coupled via a shaft screw.
