<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug for a vent hole capable of venting gas in a container and preventing open air from flowing into the container and preventing a content from leaking out. <P>SOLUTION: The plug body 2 with a hollow inside which is press-fitted by screwing or hitting into an opening part 3 of the container for a liquid, and a knob body 4 for covering the opening of the cavity of this plug body 2 and fitting and removing the plug body 2 in the opening part 3 of the container, are provided.
