PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a color specification system for denture that has a plurality of colors, positioned inside an elliptic space for expressing a plurality of colors of a natural tooth in a CIELab color space, comprises a small number of primary colors and mixed colors, and can make colors adapt optimally to a plurality of natural teeth for surrounding the denture. SOLUTION: The plurality of primary colors comprise a plurality of first primary colors and at least a group of second primary colors; a plurality of first primary color coordinates are positioned on the vertical axis, namely the reference line, of the elliptic space 18; at least a group of second primary color coordinates are positioned on a surface, crossing the vertical axis, namely the reference line at right angles; a plurality of mixed color coordinates are a plurality of intersection points of a plurality of first and second straight lines; at least one first straight line is extended in parallel with the vertical axis, namely, the reference line; and each second straight line is a connection line, between the coordinates of one primary color of a plurality of first primary colors and one primary color of a plurality of second primary colors.
