Disclosed is a secondary air injection pipe (100), which comprises an air inlet pipe (110) and an air outlet pipe with branches (130). The air inlet pipe (110) is in communication with the air outlet pipe. Each branch (130) of the air outlet pipe is a bent pipe. The inner wall of the air outlet pipe is provided with disturbing structures (150) protruding inwardly and disposed at the bent position of each branch. Further provided is a secondary air injection system comprising the secondary air injection pipe. This device has the advantage of a more balanced re-combustion of waste gas.
