PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag or a handcart capable of storing or carrying more baggage than a conventional bag or a conventional handcart.SOLUTION: The handcart 100 includes a plurality of wheels 112L, 112R, 114L, and 114R, a plurality of frames 111L, 111R, 113L, and 113R for supporting at least the plurality of wheels, a bag body 150 supported by one of the plurality of frames, and a lid part 160 for opening/closing the upper part of the bag.
