PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a content from being leaked to a third person.SOLUTION: An access control system S includes a receiving-side terminal 3 and a receiver 4. The receiving-side terminal 3 includes: a message receiving section 361 which receives a message including access control information for controlling an access to a content; a receiver ID acquisition section 362 which receives an operation for acquiring a receiver ID for identifying the receiver 4, and acquires the receiver ID from the receiver 4; and a request section 363 which transmits request information including the acquired receiver ID and the selected access control information, and requesting permission to access the content, to a management apparatus 1 for managing the content.
