An embodiment of the present invention relates to a video image data providing system based on payment of copyright fees. The objective of the present invention is to apply desired video image data through an affiliated store terminal, pay copyright fees in a corresponding affiliated store, and reproduce the video image data in a streaming manner. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a video image data providing system based on payment of copyright fees, which includes an affiliated store terminal and a content providing server providing content related to video image data to the affiliated store terminal. The content providing server includes: an access authentication module which receives an affiliated store code from the affiliated store terminal or generates the affiliated store code, and transmits the affiliated store code to the affiliated store terminal so as to authenticate the access of the affiliated store terminal; a content storage module which stores an affiliated store code for one or more affiliated stores, and content data including information on each artist corresponding to the affiliated store code and selected by the affiliated store terminal and video image data about the artist; a content streaming module which receives a content data provision request from the affiliated store terminal, generates content data corresponding to the received content data provision request, and transmits the generated content data to the affiliated store terminal; and a payment module which pays a fee including copyright fees of the content data based on streaming time information of the affiliated store terminal for the content data. |
