PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the use of an auxiliary machine under a stop and to improve acceleration performance during a start. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a motor 14 and an engine 1, serving as a prime mover for a vehicle and effect control such that an automobile is run by a drive force of either a motor 14 or an engine 1 or both thereof. In this case, during a stop of a vehicle, the feed of fuel to the engine 1 by an injector 3 is stopped during a stop of a vehicle, and by rotationally driving an engine 1 by a motor 14 with the constant number of revolutions of the engine 1, an auxiliary machine 12, an air-conditioner, coupled to the crank shaft of an engine 1 is driven. |
