<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal device having simple constitution suitable to the ATM switchboard and to provide an exchange system which is very economical by efficiently arranging signal devices in the ATM exchange system. SOLUTION: An adaptation processing is performed in common to subscriber lines by collecting and distributing cells of signal channels by using an ATM switch 30 by installing a subscriber line signal device 1 including an ADP process part 107 on the repeating line side of the ATM switch 30. Further, a repeating line signal device including an ADP processing part 100 is installed on the subscriber line side of the ATM switch 30 for signals from a repeating line.</p> |
