PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing a multi-phase copolymer having an excellent heat resistance, impact resistance and molding processibility and yields a molded product having an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: This cjomposition contains (I) a graft copolymer mixture containing a multi-phase copolymer having as its structural components at least three phases which are an inner phase (a) comprising a diene rubbery polymer particle having a number average particle size of 0.1 to 10μm, an outer phase (b) comprising a copolymer essentially comprising an aromatic vinyl monomer (1) and a vinyl cyanide monomer (2) and a dispersed particle (c) comprising a copolymer mainly comprising monomers (1) and (2) dispersed within the inner phase (a), (II) a rigid polymer essentially comprising monomers (1) and (2) and (III) a polycarbonate resin.
