METHOD FOR ANALYZING STATE OF DYEING EXHAUSTION IN REAL TIME AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing state of dyeing exhaustion in real time and system thereof and a system for achieving the same are provided. Therefore, the method permits evaluation of compatibility of an individual dye while dyeing with a mixed dye and is useful in setting of optimum dyeing conditions. CONSTITUTION: An analyzing method comprises the steps of: measuring an initial(t=0) spectrum by sampling a dye liquor from a dyeing apparatus(1); obtaining a spectrum of an individual dye from the initial spectrum; calculating an initial concentration£Cn,0| of each component dye from the spectrum of the individual dye; measuring a spectrum at a random time(t) by sampling the dye liquor in real time; calculating a concentration£Cn| of each component dye from the spectrum at a random time; and operating the rate of exhaustion£En| at a random time by the initial concentration and the concentration at a random time.
