<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft remote device of a construction machine in which a lock mechanism is mounted on a traveling driving main part of the construction machine, operation for lock release of the traveling driving main part is facilitated and installation and maintenance are simplified. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 17 in which a communication unit 14 for receiving an identification number from a portable type communication unit 13, a control circuit 15 and a relay 16 are stored in one case is installed on one or a plurality of various kinds of traveling driving main part of the construction machine. The control unit 17 makes the traveling driving main part to the lock release state by a signal from the portable type communication unit 13. In order to operate the construction machine, the identification number from the portable communication unit 13 is transmitted to the respective control units 17, the respective control units 17 are operated by coincidence of the identification number and the lock state of the traveling driving main part is released. In the device, a receiving part side of the anti-theft remote device can be installed in the construction machine and the control unit 17 is integrally mounted to various kinds of traveling driving main parts.
