A cooling device and an image forming apparatus with the same are provided to move an external air in a longitudinal direction of a fixing roller along the circumference of the fixing roller and discharge the external air in order to prevent a temperature from being raised due to the heat of a heat source of the fixing roller in the image forming apparatus and parts such as a jam cover and a photo-receptor. A cooling device of an image forming apparatus with an external frame includes a suction port, an air duct(110), and a ventilation part(140). The suction port is formed on the outer frame and sucks external air. The air duct(110) is mounted close to a fixing roller which is heated by a heat source in a longitudinal direction to guide the external air sucked by the suction port. The ventilation part(140) is installed between the suction port and the air duct(110) to ventilate the external air floating from the suction port through the air duct(110).
