摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic hinge structure of a concrete construction, which is constructed by using a precast form made of ultrahigh strength fiber reinforced concrete or mortar, wherein the precast form facilitates formation of guide joints, and has reinforcements such as hoops internally included therein, to thereby improve the structural performance, workability, long-term durability of a pier structure etc. SOLUTION: When the precast form 4 which is grounded in a plastic hinge zone is manufactured, the ultrahigh strength fiber reinforced concrete or mortar is continuously charged in a manufacturing form in a circumferential direction, and placed in multiple stages. Therefore the guide joints 10 that have fibers continuously arranged in the circumferential direction but make the fibers discontinuous across a concrete-jointed surface in each layer, are formed. Further the plurality of guide joints 10 are formed in the single precast form 4 at vertical intervals, and therefore not only the manufacturing efficiency and workability of the concrete construction are improved, but also the long-term durability of the concrete construction is improved by virtue of the guide joints integrally formed in the concrete construction.
