PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part device having a hinge easy in installation. SOLUTION: This opening part device 10 has a frame body 11 arranged along the edge of a building opening part, a sash window 19 arranged in the frame body, and the hinge 30 provided on one side of the sash window and openably-closably connecting the sash window to the frame body. The frame body has screws 50, 50 and 50 projectingly arranged in a position for installing the hinge of the frame body. The hinge has first slits 38, 38 and 38 capable of locking the hinge between a head part of the screw and the frame body, and second slits 37, 37 and 37 arranged so that the screw can be introduced up to the first slits via the inside.
