A Pseudomonas strain is provided to decompose environment contaminants more efficiently by reducing oxidative stress generated by decomposing PAH through over-expression of fpr or sod. A Pseudomonas frederiksbergenesis As1 strain includes an antioxidant enzyme of ferredoxin-NADP^+reductase(fpr) gene and an fpr fragment of a promoter thereof, which has a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 3, or an antioxidant enzyme of superoxide dismutase(sod) gene and a sod fragment of a promoter thereof, which has a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 7. A vector inducing overexpression of an antioxidant enzyme comprises the antioxidant fpr gene and the fpr fragment of the promoter thereof, which has the sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 3, or the antioxidant enzyme of the sod gene and the sod fragment of the promoter thereof, which has the sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 7. A recombinant Pseudomonas frederiksbergenesis strain As1 comprises the vector and a biosensor vector for measuring oxidative stress including an fpr gene and an fpr fragment of a promoter thereof, which has a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 11. A primer for PCR for amplifying the fpr fragment having the sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 3, is described as SEQ ID : NO. 1, 2 or 3. A primer for PCR for amplifying the soda fragment having the sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 7 is described as SEQ ID : NO. 5, 6, or 8. A primer for PCR for amplifying the fpr fragment having the sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 7 is described as SEQ ID : NO. 9 or 10.
