PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information by video and voice by installing a display for displaying the video showing information to be provided at a prescribed place, transmitting a video signal showing the video to the display and also transmitting voice expressing information to be provided in a form receivable by a radio receiver being in the area including the prescribed place. SOLUTION: In this system, it is unnecessary to install a large-sized speaker presenting voice thereby, the cost of the system can be reduced, and also, its installation space can be reduced. Furthermore, the voice is obtainable from an on-vehicle radio receiver, a portable radio receiver of the passenger of an automobile, a portable radio receiver of a walker or the like, thereby the voice can be made hearable even when the volume of the radio receiver is not loud so much, and the problem of noise to the vicinity is never caused.
