<p>The invention relates to carbohydrate derivatives having the formula I, <CHEM> wherein R<1> is H or CH2OSO3<->; R<2> and R<3> are independently H, (1-6C)alkyl or SO3<->; R<4> is OSO3<->or NHSO3<->; n is 0 or 1; p is 1 or 2; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds of the invention have antithrombotic activity and may be used for inhibiting smooth muscle cell proliferation.</p> |
