<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in supplying a component to two or more latter processes wherein it is not possible at the present to order one latter process in accordance with a component usage plane and another latter process at restocking. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An equalized component producing sequence capable of supplying the component to a latter process group and the latter processes to be supplied with the component are coordinated with a component production start frame divided by time intervals of component production start time, and the component producing sequence is planned by changing a production start component of the component production start frame assigned to a latter process ordered by a component restocking system. A production activity for the latter process ordered in accordance with the component usage plan and a production activity for the latter process ordered by the component restocking system are concurrently carried out in perspective while maintaining an equalization level of the whole at a high level, and necessity for each can be handled.
