<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking function-recovering device for pets, enabling the locomotion of a pet to be carried out by walking with the pet side-by-side while reducing a load on the front and back legs of the pet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device includes a rotary arm 5 formed on a base 2, and freely rotatable in the circumferential direction about the base 2, a hanging wire 7 hung from the tip of the rotary arm 5 and enabling a raising force having a prescribed strength to act on a pet through a constant force spring 6, and a suspension 8 connected to a tip of the hanging wire 7, and hanging and supporting the pet at the two points of the front and back leg sides of the body of the pet, installed on the base.
