A liquid crystal panel (20) comprises: a first substrate (21); a second substrate (22) provided opposite the first substrate (21); a liquid crystal layer clamped between the first substrate (21) and the second substrate (22); and a light blocking layer (210) provided on the first substrate (21) and located in a non-display area (202) to prevent fringe light leakage. By means of the above-mentioned method, the occurrence of fringe light leakage can be reduced, and the quality and impression are improved.
