PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front bumper of a vehicle which enables easy assembly work and also enables pedestrian protection at low costs.SOLUTION: A traverse member 103 is formed by molding integrally with a front bumper exterior part 101. The traverse member 103 is disposed so as to traverse a grille opening 101a of the front bumper exterior part 101. The traverse member 103 is formed at a position of a bumper reinforcement RF when a front bumper 100 is attached to a front part of a vehicle. The structure allows the traverse member 103 to absorb an impact force and protects a pedestrian from the bumper reinforcement RF when the pedestrian collides with a vehicle front side. Further, the structure improves the rigidity of the front bumper exterior part 101 having the grille opening 101a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
