PURPOSE:To constitute the subject device so that grain can be discharged continuously and equally by keeping the fixed quantity when grain of raw materials is steamed in accordance with the quality of the raw material grain and a steaming time by providing a guide member for guiding the grain to the upper edge part of a locus of the tip of a blade of each impeller. CONSTITUTION:A residence time in a steam tank 1 of raw material grain is set by adjusting the speed of revolution of an impeller in accordance with the grain concerned, and displayed on a gross weight setting indicator by a push-button. After steaming the grain in the steam tank 1 for a prescribed time, a pair of shutter plates 6 placed in an opening part 1a of the lower end of the steam tank 1 are moved in the horizontal direction by operating a handle 7 and the closed opening part 1a is opened, and the steamed grain is dropped down naturally by gravity. By guide members 9, 10, the grain concerned is led and guided so as to flow from the upper part of each fixed quantity discharging impeller 11, and discharged smoothly to the lower part, while being fed successively and continuously by a fixed quantity. In such a case, as for a state being on the way of the work, the speed of revolution integrated successively by said counter is displayed. |
