PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fitting structure for two members easily fitted while securing sufficient fitting strength. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure for two members, a locking hole 32 is formed in a fitted member 9, while a locking part 11 is disposed in a fitting member 1, and the locking part 11 is locked into the locking hole 32 to fit the fitting member 1 to the fitted member 9. The locking hole 32 is provided with first and second fitting holes 33, 34 with different opening areas, and a connecting hole part 35 for communicating both fitting holes. The locking part 11 is provided with a neck part 16, a first locking head part 17 and a second locking head part 23 covering the tip side periphery of the neck part 16. The locking part 11 is slid onto the second fitting hole 34 side so that the first locking head part 17 and the neck part 16 are inserted in the first fitting hole 33 and that the neck part 16 is inserted through a connecting hole part 35. The second locking head part 23 is locked to the peripheral edge of the second fitting hole 34 to fit the fitting member 1 to the fitted member 9.
