A tire with a tire sidewall for improving ozone-resistant crack and appearance is provided to improve external appearance quality of the tire by coating plasma on the whole surface of a tire sidewall through a plasma device. A tire is manufactured by using a rubber composition. The tire is rotated to coat plasma(3) on the whole surface of a tire sidewall(1) by using a plasma device(2). The plasma is discharged by mixing gases such as oxygen, ammonia, nitrogen, vapor, and argon with the 0.05 to 10 liter/min of the plasma. A constant pressure and low temperature plasma device is used for plasma process.
