VEHICLE-DISPATCH CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-dispatch control system which achieves an efficient vehicle-dispatch operation in consideration of a deviance between positional information acquired by a base station and an actual vehicle position. SOLUTION: The vehicle-dispatch control system retrieves a vehicle based on a position information database 103 which collects and stores vehicle position information from the vehicle, a customer boarding location (information) and vehicle position information. In this system, a reception vehicle-dispatch terminal 108 sets a vehicle search range 8 based on customer boarding position information, and a vehicle non-search range 7 which is smaller than the vehicle search range 8; obtaining a vehicle search area of an annular ring shape obtained by excluding the vehicle search exclusion range 7 from the vehicle search target range 8; and retrieves a vehicle located in this vehicle search area and traveling in a direction toward the customer boarding location.
