A grain storage apparatus having an environmentally friendly-sound resonance device and a partition plate is provided to enhance the quality of grain by using an environment-friendly sound that affects on the fluidity of protoplasm and the enhancement of photosynthesis, water absorption, energy accumulation and nutrient absorption. A grain storage apparatus having an environmentally friendly-sound resonance device and a partition plate comprises: a plurality of resonance tubes(10) which are installed at the inner side of the storage apparatus; speakers(s) which are installed on the side walls of the storage apparatus and face the resonance tubes installed in the ceiling; partition plates(100) for dividing grains; and ultrasonic generators(h). Each corner of the inner side is in the form of an arch. The resonance tubes are made of glass and has one open side. The partition plates are made by weaving bamboo or Sasa borealis and coated with loess and hardwood charcoal.
