A seismic isolation device using a polyurethane disk is provided to improve strength and elasticity, to secure convenience while manufacturing and to secure rotation behavior, and to perform repair and maintenance works easily. A seismic isolation device using a polyurethane disk comprises an upper plate(10), a fluoric resin(20), an intermediate plate(30), a polyurethane disk(40), a lower plate(50), a shear key(80), and an SUS(steel use stainless) plate(14). The upper plate is coupled with an upper structure by an upper plate coupling member(60), wherein the upper plate coupling member includes a set anchor(62) and a stud bolt(66) to disperse the concentration of stress on the set anchor and to prevent the breakage of the set anchor, the SUS plate and the fluoric plate are located between the upper plate and the intermediate plate to prevent the friction of the upper plate and the intermediate plate, the intermediate plate is located between the fluoric plate and the polyurethane disk and provided with a central guide bar(35) to guide the intermediate plate correspondingly to the behavior of the upper plate, the polyurethane disk is located between the intermediate plate and the lower plate and provided with one or more stiffening plates(42) placed in the polyurethane disk to reinforce the strength and elasticity of the polyurethane disk, and the shear key is located between the intermediate plate and the lower plate to penetrate a through hole formed on the polyurethane disk.
