PRODUCTION LOT ARRANGING METHOD OF STEEL PRODUCT, ARRANGEMENT DEVICE, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production lot arranging method for arranging an appropriate production lot and efficiently and rationally producing a product in which chemical components and mechanical characteristics satisfy order requirements when producing a steel product on the basis of an order from a user.

SOLUTION: A method for arranging a plurality of orders different in standards into one production lot while estimating the mechanical characteristics of a steel product by using a DB type material prediction system 5 which is provided with a production information storage means 6 for storing actual results in the past and a material estimating means 7 for estimating the mechanical characteristics obtained when the steel product is produced on the basis of an input designation value by using data of the production information storage means, includes: setting chemical components which satisfy specifications of respective orders; estimating the mechanical characteristics in the chemical components by using the DB type material prediction system; and putting the orders together as the production lot of the chemical component when estimation values of the mechanical characteristics of all the steel products to be put together satisfy order specifications.
