摘要 Provided is a torque detecting device whereby it is possible to reduce, in comparison with the prior art, the amount of deformation of a detection coil when a coil bobbin on which a detection coil is wound in a yoke is pressed in an axial direction and retained. A torque sensor (TS) is provided with: a pair of coils (13a), (13b); coil bobbins (18Aa) and (18Ab) on which the coils (13a), (13b), respectively, are wound; two yokes (15a), (15b) for retaining the coil bobbins (18Aa) and (18Ab), respectively; a single yoke cover (14) press-fitted in the inside diameter of the yokes (15a), (15b); and pressing parts (18c) for acting between the coil bobbins (18Aa) and (18Ab) during assembly and pressing the coil bobbins (18Aa) and (18Ab) in the axial direction, the pressing parts (18c) being provided so as to protrude radially outward in a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of a radial outside end part of flange parts (18b) of the coil bobbins (18Aa) and (18Ab).
