Provided are a water treatment method whereby clusters of water molecules can be easily refined, a water treatment device, and a cavitation generator ring. In the water treatment method (1), which is for refining clusters of molecules of water (2), a cavitation generator ring (10) comprising a cylindrical part (11) and a plurality of protrusions (12, 13, 14, 15) which protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part (11) toward the center is disposed in some of a water flow pipe (20) so that a water channel (16) is formed inside the cylindrical part (11), and the water is passed through the cylindrical part at a high pressure to thereby cause cavitation inside the cylindrical part and refine clusters of molecules of the water. |
