A label case with related information is attached to a recording medium loaded in an apparatus in use. By the label, the following advantages are achieved: 1) a large amount of related information is viewed clearly irrespective of whether the medium is loaded or not; 2) when the medium is loaded, easily other information can be added and the related information can be altered; 3) information of various forms is held as they are; 4) the information held can be altered or deleted; 5) weak points of the recording medium are protected. To this end, a transparent pocket (1), a guide part (2), and a connecting part (3) are continuously coupled to each other, thus providing each of the parts with various functions. Such label of the invention is attached to a floppy disc, a VTR tape, or the like. |
