PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter from entering into a reel body and to improve the design of a silhouette of a rear drag-operating structure, in the rear drag-operating structure of a spinning reel. SOLUTION: The rear drag-operating structure has a handle-attaching part 52, a first rear drag handle 50 and a second rear drag handle 51. The handle-attaching part 52 has a cylindrical part 52g protruded rearward from the rear part 1c of a reel body, and a male screw part 52e formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical part 52g. The first rear drag handle 50 is attached to the rear end part of the handle-attaching part 52. The second rear drag handle 51 has lever members 90, 91 and 94 arranged between the rear part 1c of the reel body and the front part of the first rear drag handle 50, and a nut member 95 mounted on the lever members 90, 91 and 94 so as not to be relatively rotated and so as to be relatively moved in the front and rear directions, and screwed on the male screw part 52e of the handle attaching part 52.
