<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe press belt effective for controlling the water flow at a shoe edge abutment area and free from the generation of crack at the shoe edge contacting area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The shoe press belt has a resin layer formed on the felt-side of a reinforcing base material, and the resin layer is provided with a drainage groove.
