The present invention relates to copolycarbonate, and a composition comprising the same. The copolycarbonate according to the present invention has a structure of introducing a particular siloxane compound to the main chain of polycarbonate, thereby having improved impact strength at a low temperature and yellow index (YI) at the same time.
