A BCNU sustained-release implant for treating solid tumor and preparation method thereof, the sustained-release implant comprising a sustained-release excipient and an effective anti-cancer ingredient BCNU; the sustained-release excipient is made from a copolymer of lactide and glycolide having a viscosity in a range of 0.3-0.6 dl/g; the percentage by weight of the BCNU is 7.5%-30%; the mass ratio of lactide to glycolide is (25-75) : (75-25). The implant is applied to treat solid tumors such as pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and the like, and liver and brain metastatic tumors.
