摘要 The present invention relates to a system for managing an electric power equipment asset. According to the present invention, the system for managing an electric power equipment asset comprises: a data acquisition unit to collect data of electric power equipment; a database unit to construct a database using the data acquired by the data acquisition unit; a risk assessment unit to assess a risk by using the data stored in the database of the database unit, to calculate an assessment index for each detailed assessment item to assess the risk, and to apply a weight to the calculated assessment index to assess the risk; a decision making unit to determine a maintenance and repair scenario for the electric power equipment based on a risk assessment result and a life cycle cost (costs for each maintenance and repair method); and an execution plan (work) unit to establish an execution plan and a budget plan for maintenance and repair for the electric power equipment to wholly manage according to the maintenance and repair method for each device determined by the decision making unit based on importance of each device. According to the present invention, when assessing the risk of the electric power equipment, a social risk such as a society and an environment is considered to calculate the assessment index, thereby managing an electric power equipment asset by considering a social risk such as environmental pollution, a company image, and a public opinion.
