摘要 A stern drive apparatus of the present invention comprises: an engine positioned in a hull; a flywheel plate fixed and coupled to the engine to transmit rotating force of the engine; a spline flange inserted and coupled into the center of the flywheel plate to rotate; a first coupling flange fixed and coupled to an end of the spline flange; a reinforced coil connected with the first coupling flange; a second coupling flange connected with an end of the other side of the reinforced coil; a pinion spline fixed and coupled to the second coupling flange; a pinion gear inserted and coupled to the center of the pinion spline to rotate; a driven gear rotating to be perpendicularly engaged to the pinion gear; a drive shaft into which the driven gear is inserted and coupled and which rotates; a stern drive positioned outside the hull and generating propelling force using rotating force of the engine transmitted to the drive shaft; and a steering table. The stern drive apparatus can transmit power generated from an engine using a power delivery system of a reinforced coil and tilt the stern drive positioned under seawater at the same time, extend the service life of the reinforced coil by minimizing bending or deformation of the reinforced coil connected with the stern drive when a wheel is steered, and increase efficiency and stability of power transmission by steering the wheel without bending the power delivery system of a reinforced coil at a high speed.
