The present invention relates to a Taylor tubular retractor that comprises: a retraction means that includes a first retraction bar having a predetermined length and a second retraction bar that is bent from the first retraction bar with a predetermined angle and is inserted into a body to pull a surgical site; a hollow fixing means coupled to the front of the second retraction bar after the surgical site is pulled by the retraction means; and a tubular retractor that is inserted into the surgical site while passing through the hollow fixing means, the upper end of the tubular retractor being seated on, and secured to, the hollow fixing means, wherein the tubular retractor is inserted into the surgical site after the surgical site is pulled using the second retraction bar that is bent from the first retraction bar, which makes it possible to minimize interference of the surgical site and to prevent damage to muscles or tissues around the surgical site. |
