PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diquafosol eye drops with higher safety without containing benzalkonium chloride having a preservative effect.SOLUTION: An aqueous eye drop contains diquafosol or a salt thereof with a concentration of 0.1 to 10% (w/v), and chlorhexidines including chlorhexidine gluconate with a concentration of 0.0001 to 0.1% (w/v) as a suitable example. Preferably the concentration of chlorhexidines is 0.0005 to 0.05% (w/v) and more preferably 0.001 to 0.005% (w/v).
