PURPOSE:To protect a switching transistor for constituting a low voltage pulser, in the ultrasonic pulser device in which the low voltage pulser and a high voltage pulser are connected in parallel, and the low voltage pulser or the high voltage pulser is driven selectively in accordance with a use mode. CONSTITUTION:Between a positive side switching transistor Q1 and an output, a high breakdown strength diode is inserted in the forward direction, and between a negative side switching transistor Q2 and the output, a high breakdown strength MOS transistor Q3 is inserted. |
